Mr. Elarbee is an Atlanta native and earned his undergraduate degree (Cum Laude) from Florida State University and his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1986. Upon graduation from Law School, Mr. Elarbee was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy and served on active duty for four years in both Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines and Charleston, South Carolina. In recognition of his service to our country, Mr. Elarbee was awarded the Naval Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and a Presidential Unit Citation.
